The seller responded to my question very quickly and made sure my order was exactly as i wanted. This is my second time ordering a custom pet food mat from this seller. You won’t find a better price on a similar quality product. I’m constantly letting water sit on it from the dog’s water bowl and both the material and the lettering has held up flawlessly. Came in less than a week. Which for a custom item i think is incredibly fast.
